Thank you for shopping with Vantawear GB. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and delivery costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Courier delays

  • Industrial action

  • High seasonal demand

  • Public holidays

Vantawear GB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item(s)

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
